Shipping and Delivery

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

  • Standard Delivery Bikes (UK*):  1 - 5 Business Days;
  • Cycle Race Personal Bike Delivery (UK*):  1 - 5 Business Days;
  • Standard Delivery Parts & Accessories (UK*):  1 - 5 Business Days;
  • Click & Collect:  1 - 5 Business Days;
  • International Courier Service*: Subject to location.

* Certain geographic restrictions may apply e.g. Highlands & islands, Channel Island, Isle of Wight

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on location and the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays.

You will be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price for the goods you purchase, unless clearly advised otherwise when placing your order.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside the United Kingdom your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office / authorities for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Summary

  • All online, over the phone and in-store purchases must be returned to:

  • For goods purchased online, please send an email that includes your details, order information, scanned copy of the receipt, reason for returning the good/s. All emails should be sent to:

  • Goods purchased in-store or on the Cycle Race website can be returned within 14 days after the goods were collected or delivered. All items that are returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds that are approved, for in-store, over the phone or online purchases, can take up to 14 business days to process.
  • Cycle Race does not cover the cost of any posting and packaging for any returned items, and this will need to be arranged by yourself.
  • Refunds are not applicable for Sale Items or certain Sports Clothing.

Bike Returns

  • If you wish to return a bike that was purchased in-store, over the phone or online, please contact us immediately via phone and email at [email protected]
  • Please avoid returning any bike until you’ve discussed it first with us. The return and transportation of bikes needs to be carefully managed, so that any refund can be easily processed.

Exchanges

  • For online orders, we cannot exchange goods and therefore all items need to be returned to the Cycle Race London SW14 store. Please ensure to provide all the details as mentioned in the Summary section above.  When the goods are returned and assessed by us, Cycle Race will approve a refund as per the original payment method.  Once processed, you’ll be able to purchase your alternative item.

Damaged Goods in Transit

  • If the goods you’ve ordered are delivered, but are damaged in anyway, please contact us immediately by phone and email at [email protected]. Please share all details of the damaged item, including the courier that delivered it and any relevant pictures.  We will endeavour to resolve the issue in a timely manner. 

Incorrect Goods Delivered

  • In the unfortunate incident an incorrect item is delivered to you, please contact us immediately by phone and email at [email protected]. We will seek to resolve the issue as soon as possible so that you receive the correct item or where agreed with you, a best alternative.
